1965 Norton Featherbed Atlas [removed phone] Norton Featherbed Atlas 750, lovely low mileage machine, original patina except for new paint and graphics on gas tank, battery box, tail light bracket and oil tank (gas and oil tanks pressure tested.).-Custom upholstered seat.-Excellent runner and rider; starts easy, idles even, pulls strong, shifts smooth, tracks perfectly.-This bike was cosmetically re-freshened after being in storage 15 years.-Many new parts, all receipts, including Acme Machine oil filter assembly, anti-wet sump device, 1 into 2 intake manifold. New British 3" rise handlebars, new matching Halcyon mirrors, all new cables, new front fender stays,new ammeter, period correct finned Xenor diode cooler, new primary chain, new O-ring secondary chain, new cam chain, new tires, new rubber knee pads on gas tank, new hand grips, new petcock, new air cleaner, new magneto pickups.-All new gas, oil and breather hoses. New battery. New fork seals and oil. New primary drive and transmission seals. All fresh fluids. Wheels trued. New fiber clutch plates. Brake lining are original, no perceptable wear. All original chrome and paint has been hand rubbed. -Original Lucas head light and tail light lens are in perfect condition. Comes with original parts removed during re-freshening, including original handlebars, original secondary AMAL carb, original Ewarts petcock, original seat cover, grips, cables, odds and ends.
