Bachelor''s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Manufacturing, Production Operations Management or equivalent field of study required or equivalent experience. .7 yrs+ maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment required. .3 yrs+ Supervisory / Managerial requirements required. .Food industry experience preferred. .Strong understanding of LEAN Manufacturing principles preferred. .Understanding of 6 Sigma - Green Belt or Black Belt certified preferred. .Strong understanding of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), autonomous maintenance, process improvement teams, process capabilities, and maintenance scheduling preferred. .Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. .Strong computer application skills, network and PC business application software. .Strong understanding of Maintenance SAP system and Microsoft office suite. .Basic mathematical and statistical skills. .Basic financial skills and understanding. .Valid US drivers license and expertise to meet client driving standards required.Type
